I did a 4,5 qt extraction ,refill with amsoil,then drive 3 miles,back to home base and repeat...I did this 4 times to get about 95% of the original fluid out...now I just do a 4.5 qt extraction/refill with each oil change...my tranny fluid is cherry red and looks like new...
