SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION ON PALM KERNEL OIL PROJECT WORK
Based on the results obtained from this work, and for the fact that the palm kernel oil extracted from fermented palm fruits had lower free fatty acid ranging from (1.907 to 6.900 M g KOH/g) compared to the palm kernel oil extracted from boiled palm fruits stored for 6 months which had higher free fatty acid ranging from (6.564 to 11.108 M g KOH/g) on the basis of this finding.
